Erik was able to accommodate on a very short notice two jobs of high importance - bathroom baseboard install, bathroom crawlspace insulated enclosure, siding and insulation replacement on two exterior sections of the house.
All was performed flawlessly and expeditiously, while Erik had to contend on the go with structural and build issues that came with the house.
The repaired sections are virtually undistinguishable from the rest of this quirky Adirondack style chalet - which is no small feat.
Erik communicated well, was patient and answered any questions throughout the process, but more importantly, willingly educated on options and risks around sturdiness and longevity, and things to look out for in the future.
